For a refund, please contact the parking space operator of the MKU «OGPP» in person at the address: Kazan, 11 Chernomorskaya Street, or through the online reception, providing the following documents:

1. Application for a refund (sample).
2. Copy of the payment document.
3. Copy of the fine payment document.

Please note:

• the refund will be processed strictly to the same bank card or phone number from which the payment was made;
• refunds for payments made through a parking meter are not possible.
