Vehicle parking free of charge at the paid parking lots (use of parking lots) is authorized for:
- vehicles of emergency services (ambulances, fire fighting, police, military units, emergency units, federal security service bodies, investigative authorities of the Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation), that have the corresponding identification marks, colors, graphics and signs – at any parking places, apart from the parking places reserved for people with disabilities, that are indicated with appropriate road signs and (or) marking, on which the parking of other vehicles is forbidden;
- special vehicle for people with disabilities;
- vehicles for people with disabilities, vehicles of lawful guardians of children with disabilities, and vehicles of other individuals who transport people with disabilities, according to the cases considered by the Rules of use of paid municipal parking lots.
- for electric cars – the parking is free of charge at all parking places, apart from the parking places reserved for people with disabilities, that are indicated by appropriate road signs and (or) marking, on which the parking of other vehicles is forbidden.
In consideration with the Rules of use of paid municipal parking lots on the secondary roads of general use of the city of Kazan and the placement of vehicles at these parking lots, at the places for parking of vehicles for people with disabilities, indicated by appropriate road signs and (or) marking, parking is free of charge for: the vehicles of people with disabilities of I and II categories, of people transporting such people with disabilities or children with disabilities, equipped according to the norms of Road traffic regulations.
List of documents for putting on the register of the parking permits for electric cars
- Application form for the municipal service;
- Document stating the ID of the applicant;
- Document stating the ID of the applicant’s representative, in the case when application is made by the applicant’s representative;
- Vehicles’ registration certificate.
