By sending a SMS you can do the following:

1. Pay for parking

To make a payment you need to send a SMS to a four-digit number 3116 with the text: р16*zone number*registration number with the region number*number of hours (Example of payment for two hours: р16*101*А123AA16*2).

2. Extend parking

To extend parking you need to send a SMS to a four-digit number with the text: р16*x*number of hours (Example of extension for three hours: р16*х*3).

3. Stop parking

To stop a parking earlier you need to send a SMS to a four-digit number 3116 with the text: р16*с


The amount for the unused time is refunded to the online parking account of the sender and can be used for payment of future parking sessions.

  1. For a successful payment from a mobile phone, you need to confirm the demand from your mobile provider for the debit of mobile credit.
  2. As soon as the first payment for the parking is made, an online parking account is created automatically.
  3. The amount of the payment for the parking is debited from a mobile credit and is transferred to you parking account.
  4. The shortest time period from the start of a parking session is 30 minutes, then – every 15 minutes

Attention! When you receive a request to confirm your payment from your provider, follow the instruction in the text message. Make sure you receive a message with confirmation.

Attention! When a payment is made, there are no extra charges from mobile providers

Mobile providers have certain restrictions:

MTS

Min. one-time payment – 1 rub.

Max. one-time payment – 14 999 rub.

Number of payments per day – no more than 5 times.

Max. amount of payments per day – 30 000 rub.

Max. amount of payments per month – 40 000 rub.

Lowest mobile credit after the payment is made — 10 rub.

On some offers of “Super MTS”, “Super Zero” the service is not available (the information about the service availability can be checked with the company’s representatives, more details here ).

There is a restriction for unfinished transactions (you cannot make another demand while the previous one is not finished).

The following options should be off on your number : “Disable partial refund of an advance payment” and/or “Disable client’s information sharing with third parties”.

For the payment neither credits and bonuses, nor any promotional resources and discounts for the mobile services of MTS etc. can be used.

MTS charges extra their clients for each transaction – 10 rub.

Max. amount of payment per day — 15 000 rub

Max. amount of payment per month— 40 000 rub

The service is available to all “Megafon’s” clients, apart from corporate clients and clients who use a credit payment system.

A client cannot make a payment with the resources that were added to their account by discounts for the provider’s service or those received from other provider’s clients by “Mobile transfer” service, as well as by advance payment made by the client at the moment of signing the contract with the mobile provider.

The service is not available when the number is financially blocked. By using the service “Mobile payments” you agree with its с  terms and conditions.

 

BEELINE

Min. one-time payment — 10 rub.

Max. one-time payment — 15 000 rub.

Max. amount of payments per day— 60 000 rub, up to 500 transactions.

Max. amount of payments per month - 100 000 rub., up to 5000 transactions.

Lowest mobile credit after the payment is made – 10 rub.

The services are available to Tele2 private clients only, who use the advance payment system.

The services “Tele2 wallet”, “Money transfer” and the service “Online card Tele2 MasterCard” become available on the 61st day from the moment of the Tele2 SIM-card activation.

It is not allowed to use credit or bonus resources acquired through the service “Promised payment”, as well as any resources added through promotions, discounts for Tele2 mobile services, discounts for the starting service package given when signing the contract (purchasing the mobile service package).
